I love a good dish at anytime; whenever there’s a new recipe, you can hear the clicks to my mouse as it being bookmarked in Firefox. However, I still classify myself as a novice in cooking — following the directions on the recipe is not hard, making it taste good is another story. It’s usually trial and error for me. Many time, I am even surprised myself with the marvelous results. Anyway, I came across to wonderful Asian food blogs just the other day and wanted to share; they include some traditional, as well as, creative and simple dishes. I have tried a few and they were quite delicious!
