My favorite seiyuu/voice actors are Hayashibara Megumi (<em>Cowboy Beboy's</em> Faye Valentine); Hirata Hiroaki (<em>One Piece's</em> Sanji), and Inoue Kazuhiko (<em>Naruto's</em> Kakashi). I haven’t seen any work by Chiba Saeko yet, however, I agree that she has a lovely voice.

I will give it a try after I finish my current load. I do like a variety of shōnen, shōjo and josei anime/manga; the list is too long to name, don't want to bore you out. Not sure of the genre that you like, my recommends are Shaman King, Death Note, Bleach, Clannad, Nodame Cantabile, NANA, and Slam Dunk. :) I have seen a few clips here and there of Gintama, appears to be a good anime.
