Yuna Ito’s trust you

I had finished watching Gundam 00 yesterday and was captivated by the trust you, which is the 2nd ending song to the latter season. The ballad is performed elegantly by Yuna Ito. Her amazing, powerful vocals are perfectly illuminated with the polished arrangement of the simple piano and R&B beats. Its lyrics adds to the brilliance of the song — peace, love and trust. Its beautiful and sweet with hints of sadness.

Lyrics: MARKIE
Composition: MARKIE
Arrangement: JIN NAKAMURA

Hana wa kaze ni yure odoru you ni
Ame wa daichi wo uruosu you ni
Kono sekai wa yori soi ai ikiteru no ni
Naze hito wa kizutsuke au no
Naze wakare wa otozureru no

Like flowers dancing in the wind
Like rain moistening the earth
Although this world thrives on interdependence
Why do people hurt each other?
Why do we have to part?

Now if Arashi no Shukudai-kun and Mago Mago Arashi were still airing, they would be ranked number 1 and 2. Himitsu is cute, but cannot compare to the classics. SMAP x SMAP, Shin Doumoto Kyoudai and 5LDK are awesome as well, always get a good kick while watching these. Where is Gakkou e Ikou and Janiben though?

Arashi – Mada Minu Sakai E PV

It’s been a while since our boys released a PV for an album, I believe the last one was for Lucky Man.

Awesomeness! It reminds me of their earlier works, doesn’t it scream A.RA.SHI and Typhoon Generation!? The boys are gorgeous as always, especially in the black outfits. The contrast used was fantastic, the colorful and youthful in the first part vs. the dark and mature for the latter. Oh-chan was adorable with that Dragonball Z hair style LOL, Jun-kun and Nino looked quite smexy too.
