Hiroshi Tamaki – Slow Time PV

Happy May, minna-san!!

Finally had the chance to do some fandom searching on Youtube and look what I had found!

The PV was cute with the little story, I really would mind getting into the car with Tamaki-kun. Slow Time is a nice song with its relaxing composition and soothing vocals. I’m curious to the other songs on his new album, cannot wait when it is released.

Matsumoto Jun – Smile synopsis

A friend of mine had recommend an article written on The Japan Times and out of the blue, I went searching for Arashi news on the site. Guess what I had found, an article providing a lovely synopsis of Smile.

…”Smile” (TBS, Fri., 10 p.m.), which stars Jun Matsumoto as Bito. In the day, Bito works at a food-processing factory and at night he moonlights at a bar.

One night, he notices one of his colleagues slipping some white powder to Yuki, a regular female patron. Later, Bito learns that Yuki has been arrested for possession of illegal drugs. The police come back to his place of employment, and Bito is afraid that he will somehow be caught up in the whole terrible affair.

Bito is so worried that he barely notices the young woman, Hana (Yui Aragaki), who has just joined the accounting department at the food-processing company. In a way, it’s easy not to notice Hana, since she has come down with an illness that has temporarily robbed her of her ability to speak.

I’m even more excited now! Though, the story is based off of a manga, it has a real-life feel to it. I just love how in the mist of darkness that a smile can really brighten and/or change one’s attitude. Jun-kun’s is especially dazzling and irresistible. XO

UPDATE: The fabulous STORMY Team will be subbing this wonderful drama.

Ninomiya Kazunari starring in another drama special

Wow, Nino is sure keeping busy, the more the merrier. He will be starring in another TBS drama special, it’s titled Tengoku de Kimi ni Aetara. The story is based on a two best-selling novels written by Natsuki Iijima, Tengoku de Kimi ni Aetara and Kamisama ga Kureta Namida.

….
Ninomiya plays the main character, a psychiatrist working in the counseling room of a cancer treatment center by the beach. While tending to the patients, part of his job involves taking dictation from them when they want to send a letter to a loved one.

Inoue plays the psychiatrist’s wife and mother to the couple’s twin daughters. Other cast members include Nobuko Miyamoto as a nurse, Yusuke Santamaria as a surgeon, and Naoto Ogata as the owner of a surf shop.

Nino as a psychiatrist and a father of twins; sound interest, ne? His acting is always superior, portraying the doctor role will be another fine performance. As a father, I am uncertain since he still has a onii-chan aura; we will just have to wait and see.

The most intriguing aspect is the pairing of Mao-chan and him. I still have the image of Jun-kun and her ingrained into my mind after watching the trilogy of Hana Yori Dango. It’s pretty hard to dissolve it at the moment, but Nino and her will probably make a cute couple. Jun-kun and him are love rivals ne, since they have so many common on-screen girls. lol
