Arashi – Believe PV preview

What a nice surprise, there will be two version of the Believe PV – one animated and another with our beloved Arashi. I’m CHO excited now, twice the fun!

Today, Zoom In had provided the preview of the animated one, which was cute. Arashi portrays different superhero characters from the Time Bokan series which was produced by Tatsunoko.

The animated PV for Arashi’s next single, “Believe,” is a collaboration with animation studio Tatsunoko. The collaboration is linked to the upcoming live-action movie based on Tatsunoko’s “Yatterman” franchise, which stars Arashi member Sho Sakurai and uses “Believe” as its theme song.

In the music video, each of the five Arashi members will “transform” into a character from a different Tatsunoko series. Sakurai will obviously take on the role of Yatterman No. 1. The other shows being used are “Yattodetaman” (Kazunari Ninomiya), “Time Bokan” (Satoshi Ohno), “Otasukeman” (Masaki Aiba), and “Zenderman” (Jun Matsumoto).

The “Yatterman” movie opens on March 7. “Believe” goes on sale as a CD single on March 4, the same day the PV becomes available through media site Dwango. A live-action music video for “Believe” is also being made.

Arashi – New single, Yatterman’s themesong

Yatta, more wonderful news! Arashi to be releasing a new single called Believe next year. It will be the themesong for Yatterman, Sho-kun’s new movie. The theatrical release will be on March 7, 2009, so I’m guessing the single will be some time around then.

We’re going to be showered with sooo many Arashi goodies in the first quarter — Ohno’sUta no Oniisan, Sho-kun’s Yatterman, the Arashi 2009-2010 school calendar, and Aiba’s Greenfinger (wouldn’t be able to see this, hopefully, it will be released on DVD). CHO happy at the moment!!
