Kim Nam-Gil and pets

Aww, Nam-Gil oppa is such an animal lover. I love how he took the time to play and talked with the doggie on The Fiery Priest set. He even held him in his arms, I wish I was that pup.

I can so relate to this. LOL Tamtam is super adorable just like Oppa.

His pets are a delight, I wish oppa wasn’t such a lazy SNS now-in-days and share more of his pet pictures. lol

Day 15: Another actor you would like Kim Nam-Gil reunited with

Hmm, my choice will be Yoo Seung-Ho, who played Kim Chun-Chu in The Great Queen Seondeok. Bidam (Nam-Gil oppa) was always whipping his little royal bottom when they first met. lol Chun-Chu was such a scarry cat in front of him then. lol I really wished that their unofficial master-disciple relationship blossomed into friendship. Just maybe if he understood Bidam a little more, probably things would have turned different. A true friend was what Bidam needed, someone other than Deokman and Yushin, who he could have a heart-to-heart with.

Oops, not gonna turn this into a rant. lol

Anywho, the Kim-Yoo pair had amazing chemistry and was a delight to watch, my second best couple from the series. lol I am sure they had a blast behind the scenes, having similar jolly personalities. I would love to see them as co-stars again on any type of project. Seung-Ho can be Nam-Gil younger brother (related or not) or subordinate in the series. It would be nice if they were equals, not sure about being love rivals though. hehe

Kim Nam-Gil Challenge Month – Day 14

Day 14: Post a link to or embed your favorite interview.

I adored his recent KBS Entertainment Weekly interview, which you can find the full subbed episode on Viki. He is always so frank and humble about everything. His friendship with his co-stars are amazing, especially the bromance between him and Koo Dae-Young.  He even sang on spot, a few versus from Can’t I Love You (QSD OST). Embarrassed him was afterwards, Nam-Gil oppa always so nice when it comes to requests and fan service.

I was also overjoyed to learn of oppa’s admiration for Stephen Chow (周星馳), and understood why his comedy portrayals were so top-notched. He observed and learned from Asian’s best!  Chow is a truly gem when it comes to comedy who dominated the box office in the 1990s and still does whenever he has a new film. Hopefully, he hears about Nam-Gil oppa and work with him one day. Wouldn’t that be amazing?! Chow was my first obsession too, I find it fascinating that Nam-Gil and I have something in common.

I laughed and grinned like crazy throughout the interview, entertaining and charming it was. Oppa’s cheerful chatterbox-self is a delight to watch.  He seems a bit more relaxed after his vacation, hopefully he gets additional rest before his work picks up again.
