Two wonderful food blogs

I love a good dish at anytime; whenever there’s a new recipe, you can hear the clicks to my mouse as it being bookmarked in Firefox.  However, I still classify myself as a novice in cooking — following the directions on the recipe is not hard, making it taste good is another story. It’s usually trial and error for me. Many time, I am even surprised myself with the marvelous results. Anyway, I came across to wonderful Asian food blogs just the other day and wanted to share; they include some traditional, as well as, creative and simple dishes. I have tried a few and they were quite delicious!

1000+ Hits!!

I”m grinning from ear to ear now!! Cannot believe this little blog has reached 1000+ hits!! *excited* Thank you soooo much for all who had visited, especially those who have commented. *bows* Just only a few weeks ago, 100 posts had been posted, who would have though that my babble, mainly on Arashi :D, would be actually read! It certainly has been such a wonderful and productive year for Memories of the Rainbow. Domo arigoto! :)
