Randomness – June is only a day away….

Wow, I cannot believe it’s already the last day of May. Where has all of the time gone to? It feels like the the first half of 2008 just breezed by like a storm. Reflecting back brings a smile — learned plenty of things, met a few fabulous people, entered my journey into online blogging and began my Japanese fandom obsession.

I am quite happy to have learned so much of Japanese culture and its superb entertainment arena. Just wondered why I had previously disliked them so much…. Oh, I remember now — the terrible dubbing and the awful plot of a certain series that will remained unnamed. Mistakenly, I had stereotyped Jdramas into the same bunch…hey, sue me, I was naive. That reminds me that I have to thank Ninomiya Tomoko-sensei for her brilliant manga, Nodame Cantabile. Without Chiaki-sama and Nodame, I would have never began my devotion to Japanese entertainment. I also have certainly grown to love its artists, especially fond of Hiroshi Tamaki, Matsumoto Jun and of course, Arashi! For dream, ne!

I’m going to leave the rest as history, don’t want to ramble on and bored you out :p

Looking forward to June and the rest of the year, as well as, any new ventures that crosses my path!

Pullip Dolls – Taeyang and Eternia

A friend of mine, who is an avid doll collector, has a collection of over 50 dolls and counting, ranging from Barbie to Gene to Pullip. They are brilliantly displayed in her home behind glass cabinets and breathtaking to look at. My heart had skipped a beat when she told me that the most expensive was $300+ and the least was $75. Who wouldn’t with that much of value? Out of curiosity, I went on Google and search for Pullip dolls. Among the ones found, Taeyang and Eternia were the most beautiful, dressed in wedding attire. He wears a handsome silver tux while she in a stunning ivory-colored wedding dress. The promo image is absolutely lovely, set in a garden scene.

Baka, can you be any more stupid?

There is no such thing as a stupid question. Ha…I can tell you that is definitely untrue. Having worked closely with customers and the familiarity of the tech support area. Though, I work in the admin side of web hosting, it is quite hard to place a barrier between customers and me. I’ve had my shared of baka customers that that longest ruler wouldn’t be able to measure. Each time I would explain the procedures the nth time using multiple methods and the connection still would not be made. I guess it is a matter of how it is interpreted by the individual, some of them do not even realize that they have continuously asked the same question several times. It is just a manner of time, when the little light bulb over their heads emits brightness. The question is how long would that take…! Ten, twenty years or never! Been dealing with baka customers all day, needed to vent!
