Nope, I haven’t abandon this meme, just didn’t find enough time to post on a daily basis. So without much ado, here is…

Day 23: Best song that reflects Miki Shinichiro

Black Angel song by Kudou Youji (Weiß Kreuz) would be the best song to reflect the true Miki-sama.

I recently read somewhere online regarding his past suffering of depression. Poor guy, he seems to have overcome it over these past few years. I’m not sure if you notice, bu this is evident during live seiyuu events. You can sense his lack of enthusiasm and provided minimum input when required to comment from old clips. It’s completely different now, he tends to adapt to the atmosphere of the stage and can joke or fool around more with the cast members. :up: I am truly happy for him, I’m sure his family is there to support him as well. He has a really adorable son btw, I had see a picture of him via miki-ha.com, but cannot locate it now.

I also have been told that he does not think highly of himself?! Someone needs to drag him to the side and let him know how much we love him. There are so many other seiyuu that admire and respect him; you can see this at live event when they call him, aniki. I find this truly cute ne! XD Maybe Seki Tomokazu can straighten him out, he is one of his close buddies in the industry and sure is one hilarious guy, even if he is trying not to be. No matter what he thinks of himself, Miki-sama is certainly one unique and awesome individual! :angel:

Recommended Fanfics: Ren x Kyoko from Skip Beat!

Happy May, minna-san! I’m sure life is treating everyone well; it’s been busy, busy on my end but still quite enjoyable! For today’s recommended pairing fanfics, I’m going to present Tsuruga Ren and Mogami Kyoko from one of my favorite shojo manga/anime, Skip Beat!

I truly believe that Kyoko is perfect for Ren. His spirits (good or bad) were almost immediately lifted upon her arrival after being soul-less for so many years due to a number of factors from his past. On the flip side, Ren symbols as a pillar of strength for Kyoko; he tends encourages her try harder, in hopes that she will becoming successfully in the future and eventually surpass him. He also notes to her that goals should not be driven by something superficial like revenge; it should be for herself and no one else. In additional, locked/hidden emotions of the two gradually surface as time goes on, these of which can only be provoked by one other. It’s more than love, ne?!
